I’m Shannon Whealy, a mom, yoga teacher, essential oil educator and creative entrepreneur.
My natural wellness journey started a few years ago, and kicked into high gear in early 2016 when I experienced a life-changing health event.
After years of sleep issues, back pain, achy joints and bouts of depression and anxiety, I converted to a plant-based, gluten-free diet. I deepened my yoga practice. I turned to essential oils instead of synthetic products. I started meditating and journaling.
I began to feel lighter and freer. And for the first time (maybe ever) I felt whole: good and well at the same time.
Not only did I find a new path to wellness, I changed my way of living.
After 25 years as a graphic designer, I followed my heart in a new creative direction and became a yoga teacher.
I just turned 48, but I feel 20 years younger.
Because I’ve learned that it’s never too late to change the course of your health – and your life – it is now my mission to inspire others to feel good, be well and find peace in their own lives.
